The Deliberate Method is run by certified, experienced embodied mindfulness practitioners employing thoughtful strategies to help you make real progress, not just for a day but for the rest of your life.

During the series you will develop a transformation plan , review your  weekly intentions and identify additional support needed, develop action steps forward each week, continue to identify blocks as they arise and mindfully overcome them with support.

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

The Individual who is a leader, influencer, or inspiration to others. Those who mainly attend The Deliberate Method include Corporate Executives, College Athlete Coaches, Parents, Entrepreneurs, Doctors, and Lawyers.

WHAT FORMAT WILL THE PROGRAM TAKE?

Participants will meet together once for their Six-Hour Deep Dive experience. Following the Six-Hour Deep Dive is 8 weeks supportive material and integration tools that are self-guided. Additional options are provided if you prefer additional support. 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE SIX-HOUR DEEP DIVE SESSION?

You will be a part of a group facilitated by Lyn Tally and Hallie Buchanan. During the day you will experience the tools and techniques that go with The Deliberate Method. Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, and additional activities will be part of the day. 

I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA AND I'M NOT VERY FLEXIBLE. WILL THAT BE A PROBLEM?

No, it will not be a problem. You will be safely guided through the different movements, stretches, and positions. It is expected that everyone in the group will have their own unique challenges, and this is perfectly acceptable.

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF THE PROGRAM?

In short, you'll move from being overwhelmed and over tired to experiencing the joy of life again.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes.
