Welcome to your Shift online support
Our goal is to help you truly integrate these mindfulness skills, so that they become second nature by the end of this program. To help make it simpler and keep you engaged in your integration, we suggest you use these helpful online tools. As we all know, we get out of it what we put into it. You can use these tools as much or as little as you would like. The most important skill to develop is learning to listen to yourself. Listening to yourself moment to moment will support you in choosing what you need to support yourself as you go through out this process and beyond.
