Individual Counseling

Counseling at CWG is an eclectic approach to traditional counseling including cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, breath work, guided imagery, and passive yoga posturing.  There is no problem too big or too small. The counselor works with a variety of concerns including helping you to manage daily life stressors, addressing life stage, transitions, women's issues, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression, all with an emphasis on identifying your behavioral patterns and most effective coping style.

A typical session includes goal setting, skill building, homework, and supportive listening.
